We needed to get something from a locked case so we hit the buzzer for assistance no one came so I went and asked for help we was told I called someone for you no one came went and Asked another employee and was told someone should come shortly after 15 min we asked another employee which said well I don't have a key, ok that's great how about getting the employee who has a key well that went no where after 20 minutes we left and left everything else we was going to get , is there only one key for there locks or how about you put a time on your locked cases letting people know when the employee will be working that has the KEY would be great ..
