Ich habe eine Hagelschutzdecke Premium hybrid bestellt und die Größe mittels konfigurator ausgewählt (ford focus). Leider war die gelieferte Decke zu klein und hatte nur 4mm Dicke anstatt der angegebenen 11mm. Trotz mehrfacher Rückfrage zur Dicke (ich habe überlegt mit die nächstgrößere zu bestellen) erhielt ich keine Antwort.
Zum positiven: Der Rückversand und die Rückzahlung haben problemlos funktioniert.
