Die Lieferung kam innerhalb der zugesagten Lieferzeit, jedoch passt das Produkt nicht. Laut Homepage ist das bestellte Produkt für den BMW G21 Plug-in-Hybrid passend, beim Einlegen der Matte in den Kofferraum hat sich jedoch das Gegenteil gezeigt. Auf der gelieferten Verpackung ist auch ausgewiesen, dass diese Matte für den PHEV nicht geeignet ist.
Nach schriftlicher Reklamation und Angabe des Nationalcodes für mein Fahrzeug habe ich bisher keine weitere Rückmeldung erhalten.
