Bonjour, malgré la qualité du produit (tapis de sol Jumpy), l'emballage vraiment très très léger était ouvert par le fond ( pas de ruban adhésif pour empêcher l'ouverture du fond lors des différentes manipulations du colis). Le colis est arrivé avec la trousse de secours manquante. Ma dernière commande (tapis de sol Tiguan) avait un emballage digne de ce nom. Il faudrait revoir la qualité de vos emballages pour vous donner une probabilité de recommander chez Walser-Shop Pour la suite que vous jugerez utile.
