Ein von mir erstandener Sitzbezug hatte nach ca. sechs Monaten einen Riß an einer Naht aufgewiesen. Daraufhin kontaktierte ich die Firma Walser. Die Mitarbeiter des Kundendienstes nahmen sich in kürzester Zeit meines Anliegens an und nachdem ich die benötigten Informationen ( Fotos des Schadens) gefertigt und übersandt hatte, wurde mir in Windeseile eine Ersatzlieferung zugeschickt. Ich möchte mich daher nochmals bei allen Beteiligten der Firma Walser für diesen absolut mängelfreien Kundendienst herzlich bedanken.
Dafür gibt es die Note überragend.
