Nachdem DHL die Lieferung zurückgeschickt hatte , hat sich sofort der Service von Walser gemeldet und mir angeboten das Päckchen noch einmal zu versenden.
Das hat alles sehr gut geklappt.
Einen so hervorragenden Service hat man leider nicht überall.
