I paid through booking.com, upon my arrival I was asked to put a card on for room service etc which is normal. However second morning I had found out I was charged for the room rate again. Apparently they do not allow payments through booking.com. This caused major grief to get refund. Managers we not willing to help. They also did not have authorisation to charge my card for room rate only room service. They simply did not care and ‘yes we can see you already paid but we have to charge you again, sort it out with booking.com’ very rude. Made stay 0/10. Worst customer service from director level to managers.
