The worst website and I never recommend this website to anyone . I ordered product from this website on 11th January 2025 worth of Rs 2600 and this is my third purchase from them . On 18th January received an email that order is now complete. However I have not received the product, when reached out to the customer service via WhatsApp chat the response is very poor and rude . I requested to provide the tracking number as I am concerned about the product since the status is complete but no information of tracking with no delivery of product, after reaching out to them for three days I was so frustrated as there was no proper response and they didn’t even give the tracking number. I conveyed my concern and told them they lost the trust . This time the response was prompt with rudeness “if you are so impatient then don’t order it” , I hate these people and how they are troubling customers
