Probably the worst experience of my life.
I sent the money via bank transfer to the account provided 177€ to purchase a bag for a friend as a gift.
They told me that only 175€ arrived and I replied that from my side I paid all fees for the transfer so there was maybe something not working on their end.
After debating I asked for refund.
Took them two attempts and almost a month to send the money back.
I received only 154€!!!
Am I supposed to cover also their expenses!?!?!? Are we kidding?
23€ less!?!?!?
I highly suggest not to deal with them at all.
