They bombard you with generic emails and keep claiming that 'due to technical reasons' they cannot issue a refund.
They blatantly lie and expect you to believe this nonsense. I wrote to the CEO Danny Wardow and he couldn't even be bothered to have a trusted member of staff reply to me.
Avoid this company at all costs. I had been loyal but after this, I will spend my money elsewhere, where loyalty is appreciated and returned.
