Ordered a hand bag through them well in advance of Christmas. to the UK. The order qas late and then I received a letter saying I am liable for customs charges. At no stage during the transaction was I told that there would be extra charges. I received a very insulting offer of a discount on my order but these do not even come close to covering the extra charges. It has now been days since I've had a reply. To add insult to injury, my wife was left with no Christmas present to open as Wardow did not offer assistance. They have my money, I have no item and now I am being told to pay customs charges onto of the price quoted on the website. Awful communication and customer service. If you value service DO NOT order from this cartel.
