Very weak client care......
I’m very disappointed with the goods I receive from WARDOW.
Before Christmas I ordered one Versace bag from them that came with a defect which made the bag impossible to use. I sent some pictures and also a video in order to illustrate the problem.
I returned it and after 10 days I’m still waiting for an answer, which in my opinion they should at this moment already have send a new bag since I expressed I wanted the same article but in perfect conditions! But ok, I’ll wait. Even though my money is on their side.
Then I ordered a leather laptop bag for me, the brand was "CHESTERFIELD BRAND". I work in the shoe business, I know everything about raw materials.
The leather of the bag on wardow website is completely different from the one they sent me! If i could post pictures you wouldn't believe. They are deceiving their clients, and after showing them they said since the tag corresponded to the website the article was ok. How is this possible?!!?! Pictures can't lie!
This was clearly delivering something different from what they advertised on the website. What happened here was this bag was made in a different leather than the one the website.
And that is not what I paid for.
Very disappointing because after sending them pictures of the bag next to a picture of the website, they still couldn't admit they are wrong.
Never buying from them again.
