Terriable customer service. Bad communication.
Ordered a backpack under the impression that goods will be delivered from UK warehouse. Actually, it was from Germany. When I tried to return the bag, it cost me £14 to send it back. The courier couldn't deliver to the address as asvertised on their website, it was returned to sender. Now, the parcel is lost in transit. Contacted customer service 2 times, a few days later, finally had a response. Wardow is not compensating any of the loss. I lost the bag and return cost. If you are not based in Germany, think twice before order.
