I can’t tell you if these people know anything about plumbing but they have no idea about customer service. To begin with they send you a price list even before ask you what you need; then refuse your work using a really patronising tone and finally they refuse to give you any explanation. For £500 you deserve a bit more. You never get to speak to Russell - he is too busy to care about prospective clients. You deal with two secretaries, one who doesn’t have a clue what’s going on and the arrogant/patronising one.
