We ended up paying around $500 for tickets that should have cost $200, simply because we were forced to buy transfers we didn’t need. There’s no transparency about how ticket allocations work or why direct bookings are blocked while resellers still have availability — just at inflated prices. This could be a great experience, but the way it’s sold is unfair and out of touch with what independent travelers actually need.
