Recently moved out of area after 42 years with this practice.
Informed the practice that we had changed our address. (Only 7 mins by car) We were given 30 days to find a new GP. We were concerned about our 2nd COVID vaccine which was due in April but were informed that it would not be a problem as the 2nd jab was given at the same practice as the 1st. I made sure that they had our new phone Number. As the 2nd was now overdue I contacted Warren Lane and was told we were no longer with this Surgery and should contact our new GP. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
