I can actually feel the product kicking in with increased appetite and where as before I was only sleeping 4-5 hours a night I am now getting a good 7-8 hours of really good valuable sleep needed for my recovery. After reading a review about it just being rice flour I had to taste it myself to make sure I'm not going mad with the placebo effect. There's definitely a strange metallic taste going on which I found reassuring. War torn labz are legit just shop around for the best deal as there's a few reputable retailers to choose from
