if you value your property DO NOT USE WARWICK ESTATES, they have run our apartments for 4 years,
the lift doesnt work
the secure doors dont work
the cctv dont work
the secure carpark gates dont work
we have had homeless living in the bin store
the list is endless. we finally got the accounts ending 2017. £7000 surplus which we have yet to get back, i dnt no how they are allowed to trade fraudster.
if you have put a review on here, please do the same on trust pilot, there getting there staff to put good reviews on there. the photo is our bin store.
