Awful experience from start to finish. I lived on an estate that was taken over by Warwick. I've no idea where the tens of thousands of pounds the residents pay goes, but it certainly isn't on the management of the estate. We got a visit from ground crews maybe once or twice a year and they didn't do half of what was promised. They managed my road for about 3-4 years and never power washed the pavements or pathways once, despite this being in the agreement. I moved out of the address in September 2022 upon legal completion and confirmation of this was sent to Warwick at the time. It is now mid January 2023 and I am still getting threatening emails and letters demanding payment as they haven't acknowledged that I no longer live there... Every email I send gets a reply saying "sorry, well sort this out" and they never do anything. I'm still waiting for a refund of monies overpaid and don't expect to see this any time soon. Without a doubt, one of the most poorly managed companies I've ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Money grabbing and 0 customer focus with lies and misdirection at the forefront of their focus. When I come to move again, an estate management company will always be a huge red flag.
