Warwick are very unprofessional, they have not resolved the leaks in the communal areas within my building that they manage, these leaks have persisted for over a year. There is also a current rat infestation and despite several attempts to communicate with them over the last 3 weeks they have refused to send pest control. Warwick also cancelled the weekly cleaner around 5 months ago and the contract with the fire alarm company. They also ignore the councils requests to clean up the dumped rubbish in the bin area they manage. They are now refusing to speak with tenants, I would not recommend this company and have reported them to the property ombudsman and environmental health.
