Intimidation, false charges WhenI made a fomal complaint against Warwick there are negative repercussions.I have made a very serious formal complaint a few months ago . In reponse Warwick have now falsely informed the new ground collection company who took over from Warwick , that I owe Warwick 500 pounds in ground rent. This debt to warwick which is now passed over to the new agency is not only untrue-it illegal as we did a statutory lease extension when we bought and by law there is zero ground rent and we have never had any unpaid ground rent. It is extrmely telling that if I owed this, Warwick would have sent me bills demanding this amount but I have never recived this.. Warwick then immorally wash their hands and refuse to correct this false narrative to the new agency who are chasing me for payments as they have been misled by Warwick. Not only is are these actions by Warwick intimidation, it breaks all industry standards and is without integrity or morality. They wash their hands and say it is now with myslef to resolve after making fraudulent claims to the new agency thay I owed Warwick/ and now by default the new agency 500 pounds
