Thier management have no idea how to run the bussiness, we are forever chasing them to to do what they have promises. Their communication is none existence. We practically do all the work for them. They are very,very unhelpful on passing information to the customer. We tried to take some of the work back and doing it ourselves. However, they decided not to pass on any information.
