Appalling company. I have a property in Gilbert Mews, Leighton buzzard. They charged what they liked. Service charge was going up & up . More than my mortgage . I confronted them about added charges like cleaning windows , cleaning carpets . We haven’t any carpets & windows were filthy . Many false listings. Customer help was a joke. I felt isolated & on my own regarding this problem. I’m selling and have found out they wasn’t even registered at companies House ! This was very dodgy . Thank god we have a new company taken over. I wonder can we claim for many overpayments we have made ?
