Thieving cowboys!!!! Avoid at all costs. They are useless and immoral. Their communication is horrendous and they will do nothing to maintain your property. I have an extreme damp problem resulting from their negligence. I paid them a large sum of money for repairs to our roof and guttering (the cause of the damp) over a year ago and to date the work hasn't been completed. I found mould on the underside of my baby's mattress and sent them a photo in a bid to shock them into action but still nothing. Apparently their staff go on annual trips to Ibiza... that's the priority... not doing anything they are paid to do. They have been fined £20,000 for a fatality resulting from their negligence yet continue their business in exactly the same way. No regard for health and safety whatsoever!! Absolute scum bags. Ignore any good reviews you read, I am convinced they are written by their staff. You will notice each one follows the same format in that they praise a specific member of staff for their great work (the author of the review most likely!!). I cannot believe the industry is so poorly regulated.
