After four and a half years of enduring the amateurish management by this repugnant company the fire alarm system was actually tested and revealed that a number of detectors were faulty and require replacement. On increased false alarms the action of this repugnant company was to turn off our fire alarm system, even disconnecting the battery back up. After complaints were made the fire alarm system was turned back on leading eventually to all 4 zones being in fire alert, detectors and call points flashing away, however no sounders being heard. Had they actually disconnected the sounders? In my opinion and with all the captured video with sound, this is what they had actually done, can you believe it? In conclusion if you are a director of an RTM/RMC and are unfortunate enough to have this repugnant company as your employed managing agent then protect your residents and replace them ASAP.
