Really bad company in all aspects. The property managers hardly ever reply and have been rude on the occasions they did reply. Forget the live chat. It just doesn't work as the assistant never understands the issues of each particular development. It's just a cheap messaging service. They're years behind in providing financial accounts. I'm sorry, but I just don't believe this is an exception. All developments I'm in contact with haven't received accounts recently. There are big problems with this company. Watch this space.
