My one star is generous to WE. There are numerous issues in our apartment block and it is a constant battle to get any response from WE. Our management fees are the highest locally yet the service provided is dire. Huge hikes in fees coupled with failure to address problems has caused a great deal of stress to many of us.
I'm pleased that some people are able to post good reviews about WE and that their homes are being managed well. This is not our experience however and I would advise anyone considering using WE to run mile.
