Vapes arrived with products smashed, leaking and damaged and burnt my hand. Others not damaged in same style tasted burnt and horrible. I contacted customer services immediately who sent a small refund. Then returned other vapes also in order (different type) as requested as battery was dead on opening , or immediately died. following multiple emails to and from customer services and telephone call over 3 months I have been offered a further £10 refund following receipt of the 40+ unusable disposable vapes - absolute joke, as have only received just over half of what was paid, as vapes were opened and so considered “used” despite being unusable!
