Needed my very nice watch repaired and requested a link be removed and watch be cleaned. Contacted to pick up as work was completed. When I picked up watch bill was for $433. Noticed immediately it had not been clean and buffed. Store person took this off bill.
Emailed company twice expressing my disappointment..,no response. Either do not monitor email box or do not care. Attention to detail on exterior of watch was extremely weak hope they did better on the inside.
