I needed to replace a pond fountain that was unreliable (it used the wrong type of pump and the nozzle kept getting blocked). I spoke to Andy at Water Garden over the phone a couple of times for advice and he explained all the options and what would be most suitable. He went through exactly which components I'd need (pump and fountain head, obviously, but also connectors, risers etc). I ordered it all online and it turned up within a couple of days. Thanks to Andy's comprehensive advice and product knowledge, the order had everything I needed and so I had it up and running inside an hour. The Oase pumps are not cheap and neither was the fountain head but I'm confident that it will be far more reliable than the previous installation. It also looks far better and will aerate the pond more effectively.
