Delivery was delayed due to dodgy couriers please issies. Had to chase up a replacement bottle, took way too long from purchase overall. Bottle doesn't keep the water as cool for as long as promised. Hasn't passed the test of 38+ degree days in an Aussie summer. Four hours coolish, tops, definitely not six. Yet to try it with hot fluids. Spout lid a bit annoying to screw back in. Colour is cute. Disappointed overall given the price of these bottles.
