I love my water bottle which I FINALLY received weeks after I received to drink cubes. The rating is low because I received my original order WITHOUT the bottle…all I received were the drinks. I had to resort to an email to get my bottle delivered separately because the website does not provide any person to person contact info. I don’t like doing business with companies only via email.
