You can have the best product in the world, but does it really matter if your company lacks in the area of customer service? Not for me. When checking out I did not notice you had to accept that you wanted the free gift with purchase.
I wanted the sampler pack to try out the flavors and then got two extra flavors to qualify for the free gift. Like mentioned earlier I saw the picture in my cart but did not realize I had to agree to it. In other shopping experiences your gift is just added to your cart.
When I sent a message that the gift was missing, thinking it had been an accident, my qualifying purchase was acknowledged but was told there was nothing I could do because of volume of orders
That does not make sense! It costs them absolutely nothing to still send it, because but for a click of the button they would of had to send it otherwise.
Their response ended in the most condescending way possible by them telling me to be more careful with future purchases. But I assure who ever reads this there will be no future purchases even if water drops made my water taste like liquid heaven.
