So far have loved everything that I have purchased from the company and unfortunately had to utilize their excellent customer service department for items broken during shipping. The representative gave me a choice to reship ( which I chose the first time) or a store credit( points) to repurchase the item on a later order which I chose the second time. Also this has helped me start increasing my water consumption. I also gifted a bottle and sampler pack to a friend on her 50th and she LOVED it!!
