A lot of mistakes made during order prep that I have to return, contact for return, and PROVE their is an issue in order to get a return to happen...Very lenghty and timely process for the price paid for these products. I can;t even get a new cap for a water bottle with out a picture of it leaking....Which this was sent....but the new cap STILL has not show up.....
