Wonderful company with great products. If I ever have an issue, customer service is always very helpful. Sometimes my packages come pretty dinged up, but it looks like the packaging was switched recently, so no more squished packages so far.
Only downside I can see right now is that US customers seem to get the leftovers from Europe or don't get new flavors and products at all. It'd be nice to not be left out or told ahead of time if something is coming to the US.
