The flavors are very subtle. I found that I enjoyed them more when mixed with 8 ounces of water instead of 16oz. Boost was probably my favorite, followed by Zen, then Focus, although there didn't seem to be much to differentiate the latter two... I loved the packaging (less plastic!)--just wish they were less expensive...
