I recently placed my first order of WaterDrop and after waiting past the expected delivery date accordingto the website, contacted the customer service department for an estimated shipping date as i was excited to try WaterDrop. After a little research the customer service representative found out that my order was delayed due to a mixup in my address and not only had my order shipped out that same day, but added an extra mystery box to help make up for the shipping delay. Best customer service ever! And yes, they were worth the wait and I've already placed my second order!
