Their customer service is tip top! I received my package and was happy with the one “zen” waterdrop flavor I tried and looking forward to trying more, yet the stainless steel bottle, a beautiful pastel turquoise color, was dented. Guess what! I called customer service and they replaced it for free by sending a new one! Above and beyond. Quality of the bottle looks amazing, other than the dent.
