First, I do love Waterdrop Microdrinks. However, I purchased a Lucy back in November 2022. At first, it seemed like it did not record all of my drinks. Then in January 2023, it got worse, and I would be lucky if it recognized maybe 6oz consumed. I was having to manually add everything in the My Hydration app. I reached out to customer service, who in the past had been great. After much back and forth, with several videos of what was happening, the issue being escalated to the “Lucy smart cap experts”, their response was I wasn’t pressing the button on the cap to pair it. Are you kidding me? It has been showing “connected” the entire time. I’ve manually reset it. I’ve reset it via the cord. I’ve done everything they have told me to, and it still does not recognize 90% of my consumption. Do not waste your money on Lucy! Great concept, but they have majorly failed in execution.
