The water packets are good except for a very short shelf life. Some flavors taste artificial with a strong after taste from the sugar substitute they use. Others are very pleasant. Disappointed that I bought many packs and they have a one month expiration date. Customer service was helpful regarding the mold that developed in my glass water bottle, but not helpful or knowledgeable when discussing the expiration dates. I feel they weren't very transparent about the quick expiration date. These packs are too expensive to expire so quickly. The matte ceramic water glasses are very nice. I think they are the best product they sell. They're really lovely and would re-purchase. Not sure if I would repurchase the water vitamin packs though. Better to buy in a store where you can check the expiration date.
