Enjoyed the water bottle for about a year when I went to get it from the fridge and found it was FULLY shattered. Customer service offered to give a $10 coupon, but the bottle is pricy, so that makes me nervous to buy again. I only had it on the top shelf of my fridge, NOT in my freezer. Be careful with this, it left very dangerous big glass shards. I tried to add a photo, but the upload made the submit button inactive, so I'm reviewing without a photo attached now.
