The water bottle is decent; however, if you plan on returning and/or exchanging, be prepared to pay the return shipping cost. This is probably the only company that doesn’t cover shipping for an exchange (a bit dramatic, I know, but sheesh). I wanted to exchange silver for black because my son didn’t like the silver but I had to print the label, pay shipping to return, then reorder the color he wants. I decided against doing all that and just decided I won’t be ordering from this company again. Amazon prime has me spoiled, I suppose.
