I have been a Water Drop customer for awhile. Love most of their products and was excited to get my new water bottle and spout lid. First time I went to use the lid, leaks everywhere! The bottle is great, the lid - not so much. Can't even use it to drink out my bottle - kinda of the whole purpose of it.
