Adding one water drop to my 32 ounce bottle of water every day has taken me from being chronically, dehydrated and hospitalized three different times to achieving a minimum of 32 ounces of drinking a day. It adds flavor and really makes me feel like I am doing good for my body And my goal is to get up to 64 oz.
