I’ve been very disappointed with Waterdrop. I recently placed an order, received 2 items that weren’t as they were pictured on the website. I reached out to customer service to also mention how my previous order had a mistake too, and the customer service responder offered nothing to resolve the problem. My last two orders were also both delayed, so if you need orders in a timely manner, look elsewhere. I’ve been with Waterdrop for years and sadly I will no longer be a customer. Buyer beware!
