Sendung nicht erhalten, wurde von mir bez, ich habe eine E Mail geschickt die zwar beantwortet wurde, aber auf meine Frage bekam ich keine zufriedenstellende Antwort. Dann habe ich angerufen und eine Erklärung erhalten . Das ganze Prozedere hat sich über drei Wochen
hingezogen. Als Entschädigung erhielt ich 10% Rabatt, nur euer Gutscheincode wird nicht erkannt. Habe aber trotzdem schon wieder bestellt…….
