Ich bin immer noch sauer, daß Waterdrop meine Punkte hat verfallen lassen, obwohl sie selber zugegeben haben, die Email mit dem 4 Wochen- Hinweis verspätet gesendet zu haben.
Der Support ist da leider stur, nach dem Motto: " tut uns leid, daß wir da einen Fehler gemacht haben, ist halt apech für sie"
