Statt die Drops, welche das Tagesgeschäft sein sollten, qualitativ zu verbessern, werden diese durch sinnloses limitieren ,den Kunden zu überteuerten Preisen sozusagen aufgedrängt (kauft schnell sonst sind sie weg)
Dafür wird der Kunde, der früher bei Waterdrop einmal König war, mit sinnlosem Plunder überschüttet, welcher qualitativ bei weitem nicht an die hohen Verkaufspreise rankommt. Und auch der Kundenservice, der vor 2 Jahren noch vorbildlich war, hat diesen Namen eigentlich nicht mehr verdient
