Der Kundenservice war leider erst einmal gar nicht zu erreichen, beim 2 Versuch dann ja , als ich schließlich erklärte die Lucy leider zurückgesendet zuhaben, da alles an Wiederherstellung nicht funktioniert hatte , (der Button war eindeutig defekt ).
Brach der Kontakt komplett ab. Obwohl ich Lucy sehr gut fand, sie funktionierte 5 Tage gut, bin ich vom Kundenservice sehr enttäuscht. Ich erklärte in einer Antwort E- Mail das ich gerne Ersatz hätte und nicht unbedingt die Rückerstattung, Leider keine Antwort. Jetzt bitte Rückerstattung.
